Privacy Policy
This policy covers BeingFleet-Colab, the private Google research integration maintained by Wanpeng Zhang as part of BeingNext.
Data accessed and purpose
- Account identity: email address and verification status are used to prevent operating the wrong configured account.
- Colab: usage, balance and runtime metadata are read for planning and budget supervision. Runtime control and execution are used only for owner-requested jobs.
- Gemini Notebook: notebook and source metadata or content are accessed or changed only for requested research workflows.
- Drive:
drive.filepermits access to files created by the app or explicitly made available to it. Selected files may be downloaded, uploaded or checked for integrity as requested by the owner.
Storage and transfers
OAuth credentials are stored in private, account- and service-specific files on the owner's selected computers. Research data, logs and receipts may be stored on those computers or in Google services selected by the owner. Bulk research transfers are performed by the configured execution or storage host. An authorized coding agent may inspect task-relevant metadata and receipts; credentials are not intentionally included in prompts, logs or public artifacts.
Data is used to carry out the owner's requested workflows. It is not sold, used for advertising or disclosed to unrelated parties. Transfers to Google or an owner-selected research host occur when needed for the requested operation. The tools do not independently grant training permission to data; use of selected datasets requires the owner's applicable rights and instructions.
Retention, revocation and deletion
Credentials are retained until replaced or removed. Research files and receipts remain under the owner's control until deleted under the applicable task's retention instructions. There is no separate public user database or fixed automatic deletion period.
You can revoke the app's access in Google Account connections. Revocation prevents future authorized API access but does not erase copies already created. Remove local credential files and separately delete stored research files or Google resources when they are no longer needed. Contact the operator for assistance with data held by this integration.
